One of our goals is quality dentistry at a reasonable price. We encourage you to discuss the cost of treatment with us ahead of time. We try to let everyone know prior to their first visit what costs they can anticipate for that visit. Once a diagnosis is made, a treatment plan with fees and possible options will be presented to you. The portion of any visit that is not covered by insurance IS DUE THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT from whoever brings the child to the appointment. Grandma may be happy to help you out by bringing “Susie” to the dentist, but she may not be so happy when we tell her that she owes us $101.50 before she leaves!

We are currently preferred providers for: Regence, Delta Dental (including Washington Dental Service) and United Concordia and MetLife.

We accept: Master Card, Visa, American Express, Debit Cards, Checks and Cash.

How Can I Help?

Be up-beat and positive with your child before their visit. Telling your child that “Dr. Beck is going to give you a shot” or that “Dr. Camm is going to pull your teeth” – even when done in a joking way, can cause stress and anxiety for a child. Let US explain to the child what we are doing using terms that we know from long experience are less likely to create a negative reaction. If they ask ahead of time, “Will I get a shot?” tell them you do not know – that is up to Dr. Beck or Dr. Camm – but you will be happy to ask when you both get here.

After your child has received treatment and they return to the waiting room, please do not ask “Are you okay?” or “Does it hurt?” Instead, concentrate on what toy they are going to choose from the toy tower and whether or not they would like to stop off for a milkshake after they leave the office. If you are relaxed and matter of fact about their visit, there is a much better chance your child will be also.

Please arrive on time for your appointments. IF you are going to be late, call and see whether we will still be able to see you. It is possible that if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your appointment time, we may have to reschedule.

Please call us at least 24 business hours in advance if you must cancel. That way we can try and give your time to someone else. We do reserve the right, however, to charge you a missed appointment fee if you do cancel on less than 24 business hours or fail to arrive for your appointment.

Please advise us of changes of address, phone numbers, marital status, custody changes or insurance coverage. Your insurance company DOES NOT call and notify us of changes to your plan – they only notify you.
